Notable cyber individuals (public-record figures)

A first, tightly-scoped set of named individuals from the cyber-history corpus who are unambiguously public (indictments, sanctions, memoirs, major press) and warrant a strategic-behavior dossier (see the Persons tab). This block wires the graph edges; the assessments live in the dossiers, graded.

• Julian Assange -> WikiLeaks - founder/editor through the 2010 megaleaks; extradition fight ended in a 2024 US plea (time served).
• Edward Snowden -> NSA - the 2013 mass-surveillance disclosures (PRISM, upstream collection, XKeyscore); asylum then citizenship in Russia (a jurisdictional fact, not an endorsement).
• Maksim Yakubets -> Evil Corp - accused leader (Dridex/Zeus lineage); OFAC-sanctioned + DOJ-indicted 2019 ($5M reward; reported FSB links).
• Marcus Hutchins (MalwareTech) -> WannaCry - registered the kill-switch that halted the 2017 outbreak; later prosecuted by DOJ over the earlier Kronos trojan (pleaded guilty 2019, time served) - a researcher/redemption arc.

Honest limits

Public-record ROLE only - no private/biographical/location detail (no doxxing). Inclusion means a person is materially documented in the corpus, not an accusation beyond what courts/sanctions already state. Behavioral assessments in the Persons tab are labeled inference with calibrated confidence, not fact. Living people; excluded from the formal proofs.
